For transparency, all questions, concerns, and responses will be posted exclusively on the official ILA website at www.lakevilbig.com. Please check the website regularly for updates.

Meetings
Board of Directors Meetings:
In accordance with the ILA Bylaws, regular meetings of the board of directors shall be held at a minimum, on a quarterly basis, without notice at such place and hours as may be fixed from time to time by resolution of the board.
These are strictly business meetings of directors.

Meeting Records:
All ILA meetings are recorded live. Summaries (minutes) of these meetings are posted as approved on the ILA official website at www.lakevilbig.com for members to review at their convenience.
This provides a clear unaltered record of discussions and decisions made by both board of directors and members.
Member Participation:
Membership speaking and participation are always welcomed at membership meetings (Annual and Special). These meetings are the proper forum for member discussions, voting, and decision-making as outlined in the Bylaws.

Your participation and feedback are vital to the success of our community.
Thank you for staying informed and engaged!
